All Sweet Bamboo fabric is made from our "secret bamboo recipe", developed by the owner herself while living in Shanghai. It is plush, durable, machine washable, shrink resistant, does not pill, and yet, it feels so buttery soft!

Care
This is where it gets really good... Our bamboo fabric is so durable, you can wash and dry Sweet Bamboo products in those handy, dandy machines invented back in 1901 - Hooray for easy!!!
Detergent is really a personal preference. We've used a variety of products over the years and everything seems to work just fine. We do recommend using cold water with bright or bold colors. Fabric softener is also fine to use.
Note: we have 100% love for clotheslines, sunshine, and the smell of lavender but do very much appreciate the ability to wash the kids bamboo clothing and blankets with everything else. You will love our products wash after wash!

Refunds & Exchanges
Returns
Time flies when you're having fun... You have 10 days to return your items from the date you receive your package should you need to size up or change colors, etc. If we make a mistake, we will cover shipping otherwise, our Support Team will draft a return label for you at your cost. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted for all returns. Once a return label is issued, it needs to be used (dropped of with USPS) to return the item within 3 business days. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of delivery to the Sweet Bamboo Fulfillment Center.
We pour all of our resources into quality vs free shipping and hope you see/feel the value. SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information or to initiate a return, please reach out to our team members at info@sweetbamboo.co.
Note: If you have a return or exchange from holiday, it must be made within 3 days of receipt. After December 1st, holiday items can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Exchanges can only be honored for up to 10 days after the date of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please email info@sweetbamboo.co with your order number, item(s) you would like to exchange, and reason for doing so.
- If you are exchanging a mis-shipped item, we can supply you with a return label free of charge.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered, cannot be exchanged. SALE/CLEARANCE items are NOT exchangeable.
- Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of delivery to the Sweet Bamboo Fulfillment Center.
- Once a return label is issued, it needs to be used (dropped of with USPS) to return the item within 3 business days.
Exchange Shipping
- The cost of shipping for an elective exchange is $10 and will be invoiced upon beginning the exchange process.
- All shipping labels for exchanges are USPS Ground Advantage labels and can’t be sent in USPS Priority or Priority Express Mailers or boxes.
- Once a return label is issued for the exchange, it needs to used (dropped off with USPS) within 3 business days to send back the item for exchange.
International
- No international exchanges or returns.
- All other international questions can only be answered on a case by case basis, please email info@sweetbamboo.co with your order number and question.
Any packages sent to us without a return or exchange authorization number and/or form will be returned to the sender and are not eligible for return or exchange.
