How are the items shipped?

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.  99% of all orders travel to you via USPS in those cute red, white and blue trucks.  Priority packages take 1-2 days and and Ground Advantage can take up to 8 days to deliver. If you are the "Queen Mega Shopper", we may opt to put your items into a larger box and ship via FedEx.  However it goes, you will get TRACKING :-)

We aim to ship out within 48 hours of receipt excluding Sat and Sun.

This timeline can flex during high volume periods such as holidays or promotions. Within USA - we use USPS as our default carrier. We recommend customers choose a minimum of Ground Advantage or Priority for their shipment as this will provide tracking. First Class Mail does not provide tracking information. 

Outside USA - the customer can choose a carrier that makes the most sense for them (cost and timing). Options include USPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS International. NOTE - if a package is lost in transit, the customer must contact the chosen carrier to file a claim.
