We aim to ship out within 48 hours of receipt excluding Sat and Sun.

This timeline can flex during high volume periods such as holidays or promotions.Within USA - we use USPS as our default carrier. We recommend customers choose a minimum of First Class "Package" or Priority for their shipment as this will provide tracking. First Class Mail does not provide tracking information. 

Outside USA - the customer can choose a carrier that makes the most sense for them (cost and timing). Options include USPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS International. NOTE - if a package is lost in transit, the customer must contact the chosen carrier to file a claim.
