How are the items shipped?
All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 99% of all orders travel to you via USPS in those cute red, white and blue trucks. Priority packages take 1-2 days and and First Class Parcels can take up to 8 days to deliver. If you are the "Queen Mega Shopper", we may opt to put your items into a larger box and ship via FedEx. However it goes, you will get TRACKING :-)
Refunds & Exchanges
Time flies when you're having fun... You have 10 days to return your items from the date you receive your package should you need to size up or change colors, etc. If we make a mistake, we will cover shipping otherwise, our Support Team will draft a return label for you at your cost. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted for all returns.
We pour all of our resources into quality vs free shipping and hope you see/feel the value. SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information or to initiate a return, please reach out to our team members at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: If you have a return or exchange from holiday, it must be made within 3 days of receipt. After December 1st, holiday items can no longer be returned or exchanged.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges can only be honored for up to 10 days after the date of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number, item(s) you would like to exchange, and reason for doing so.
- If you are exchanging a mis-shipped item, we can supply you with a return label free of charge.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered, cannot be exchanged. SALE/CLEARANCE items are NOT exchangeable.
- Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of delivery to the Sweet Bamboo Fulfillment Center.
- The cost of shipping for an elective exchange is $10 and will be invoiced upon beginning the exchange process.
- All shipping labels for exchanges are USPS First Class labels and can’t be sent in USPS Priority or Priority Express Mailers or boxes.
- No international exchanges or returns.
- All other international questions can only be answered on a case by case basis, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and question.
Any packages sent to us without a return or exchange authorization number and/or form will be returned to the sender and are not eligible for return or exchange.
